Met up with the Whelen Motorsports team and set up the GoPro on the roll cage for some in-car video during the Grand-Am Bosch Engineering 250 at Virginia International Raceway.

Boris Said started the race in second place. Torrential downpour.

The windshield wiper broke less than thirty seconds after leaving the pits for the recon laps. Rain-X was their only defense against the rain. About an hour into the race there were a few cautions that allowed them to pit under yellow while staying on the lead lap. It took four stops to finally get the wiper fixed. On that stop Eric Curran got into the car while under yellow and had a few great fast laps on the restart. Here are his two best laps:

I watched that race on Speed Channel...the rain made for a rough day for a few teams.

I think the commentators talked about the amount of weight added to this car, seemed kind of an unfair amount compared to some of the other cars.

At least two Camaro GT.Rs finished 1-2 in GT.
