Default delteq vs MSD opti vs 24x system

So now I have the the msd opti but I have had problems with it. Now I have been thinking about the 24x system but I might have problem when it comes time to smog the car; so what about the delteq system? Would it be a big improvement over the msd opti and how far off from the 24x system is it?

Delteq is defunct. Think LTCC instead.

Yep I know the 24x is the best, but for a hot cam le1 head 355 lt1 with no nsx or blower do I really need the 24x system? The 24x system will pose a problem come smog time here in CA.
