Default typical mph loss with auto vs stick in the 1/4

i just switched from a t56 to a 2004r and my et has stayed the same but my mph is down 5 i was thinking the auto would lower the et as well but i think i went with a little to tight of a converter. i had PTC build it for me and asked for it to be tight on the street but also still stall 3000 or a tad over, on the foot brake i can get about 2800-2900 so they got it pretty close. on the trans brake i hope to get around 3100, but any way what kind of mph changes have you guys seen, also et changes if you want to add that in.

Converter will be a big factor in mph loss. Trans health can cost mph too.
