Do I need to replace injector o rings if I flip the fuelrail 180*?

i haven't had to but it helps to squirt a little wd40 or something to help free the o-ring from the manifold so they don't get damaged during removal...squirt a little and let it soak in then after removing them check to make sure no cracking or damage to the o-rings

I never have, just be careful taking them out.

Same ^^^, if anything put some lube on them when you re-install so they pinch.

Inspect them.. If in qestion. always replace. Cheaper now that later.. and what everyone else said..
