Default please help 4l60e guys

Ok, so i replaced my 4l60e. While it was still on the jack stands I ran it through the gears, the wheels moved and everything seemed fine so I took it off the stands. Then I put it in reverse and the car wouldn't move so I ran through the gears again. Still nothing. I'm hoping you guys can give me some kind of idea whats going on. Thanks for any help.
