Is it true it's noise limited?

I got a friend said that when he ran his GXXR 1K at the ring, officials made him put a quieter exhaust ie stock one. If that's the case, I can't run my car there?:bang:

Is there any F'N tracks here in Europe that isn't noise limited? Circuit tracks here in England have noise limitation also.:bang::mad:

Anybody? Buehler? I checked the Nurburgring site in English and it didn't say any regulations on noise limitations basically said it has to be a road worthy car but that term is very loose.
