Default Rough idle at stop, dies. Ideas?

This is the last real problem I'm having with my Trans Am I just bought.
When I come to a stop or push my clutch in the car will start idling really low(between 350-500 rpm) It will bounce around there for a second or two, and either die, or go back to regular idle. When I'm driving though it runs fine, and pulls hard when I'm in it.
I'm changing out the plugs and wires next weekend(If you have any good ideas on combos of these, I'm all ears) maybe that could be the problem, but I really have no idea.
Thanks.

I would run some "sea foam" thu it and check all of the filters. Maybe clean the MAF also.
