153hp/164 torque gain from P1 to D1 same boost + E85/speed density
This is not about my car but about my friends that lurks on here but doesn't post.
First of all his old set-up before netted 503rwhp/441rwtq through a 9". With a stock bottom end it was ran very safe on timing I think only 15* max without knock, now with E85 he said it was in the 20's with 0 knock up to redline.
2000 WS6 6-speed
Mods of old set-up 503hp/441tq:
-Stock bottom end
-Procharger P1SC running 10-11psi
-Patriot stage 3 LQ9 72cc heads
-222/228 .563"/.571" 114lsa cam
-Flowtech longtubes/ORY/Random Tech cat-back
-LS6 intake
-Walbro dual pumps 340 and 250, Bosch 60# injectors
-1 bar MAF tune
-Spec Stage 3+ clutch
Changes to net the shown dynograph of 666/605:
-P1SC swapped to D1SC with bigger pulley to keep same 10psi max boost
-TPIS 90mm LS6 intake/throttle body combo
-Injector Dynamics 1015cc injectors
-Aeromotive fuel rails and bigger braided fuel lines after his maxed out.
-2 bar Speed density tune
Right now it runs awesome, drivability is like stock other than gas mileage drop to about 13highway, but E85 is only $2.99 here.

In the future he may run a smaller pulley now that his fuel system has plenty of room, but right now he is happy with this power on a stock bottom end while that lasts. If it goes he has a quote from TSP for a forged internal 402
