A free tune still requires a cable, and software to load the tune...
Good luck

I have the cable, tunerpro, and winflash but I haven't gotten tunerpro to work yet. I was more or less looking for a tune that was in the ballpark so I could tweak that a bit. At the current time I think my tune has already been messed with, but not necessarily to my benefit. The car used to have a supercharger on it at one point, and at another point it had a rear mount turbo on it. haha

And just to add, you can get a lot of info at lt1pcmtuning.com on self tuning. It can be overwhelming if you get too deep into it, but with bolt ons I would think you could just advance the timing a couple degrees, adjust the fuel via MAF tables, shift points, fan on/off temps, eliminate whatever you may have deleted and you'll probably see gains. Definitely want to datalog it and watch for knock when adjusting the spark advance.
EDIT: I don't know about tunerpro, but tunercats sent me a stock tune for my application. Stock would probably be the best place to start unless you find someone with a bolt on tune that will share it with you.
