Military Hotrod Club - Marine(s) in San Diego Area (HELP NEEDED)

As the title says Im looking for a fellow Marine in the San Diego area to help me out with the shipping of a set of wheels and tires I bought on here. Im currently in Afghan and need the wheels shipped to Lejeune. My buddy out there picked them up for me and has been holding them but he isnt exactly up to speed on how or where to ship them. He went to fed ex and they told him 700 to ship. I know for a fact it shouldnt be more than 300 to ship them and was wondering if there is anyone in the area with more knowledge about this that would be willing to help him out. @ USPS it should be wayyyy cheaper than that. I shipped a set of 4 to Texas from FL for 150$.
