Default 2000 trans am help

So I just bought a 2000 trans am that I thought was a good runner. So had the car for a day this is what I have so far when I have the car running the volt meter goes past 13 then fluctuating in between the 13 and I think its the 16, the lights dim on dash basically all lights dim the motor starts to run rough too. So I think that's the alt going or idk. Um there is a horrible noise on cold start up ill post a video I think it might be a input shaft bearing. The right window I think fell off its track. The left headlights is out and right marker light but the headlight and marker I knew about but asked him to fix. If any one knows what's up with the volt thing please let me know

Try this thread to help with the power window issues: https://ls1tech.com/forums/2977771-post18.html

As for the voltage, sounds like the voltage regulator in the alternator might be bad. Do you have an auto parts store around that can test it for you?
