Default LS7 hydroformed or C5 sheet metal?

I'm fitting an L33 5.3 with LS6 intake and cam into a Ford, so I need an exhaust manifold solution. The 97-00 vette sheet metal manifolds are a fairly simple swap and easy to add my own downpipes to, but the LS7's could also be adapted with some effort to either single pipe (large oval into round) or 4-2-1 style. Ultimately it's for the most HP, so I'd expect the LS7's to be the best, but what is the gain likely to be?

Any thoughts?

You may see a little more hp with the LS7 with it being a better design over the sheet metal. It will prob come down how much work you to do to get them to fit. Like you said you'll have to make an adapter from oval to round.
