Cadillac CTS-V - 1 cts rear end question

can anyone confirm if the rear end in the new body cts-v is different from the 3.6 cts?

Yes it is. The V6 car is aluminum and the V is iron.

Also, all the V's will be posi and probably only the special order V6 cars are posi. The gear ratios will most likely be different but I dont know what gears they are putting in them these days.
