Default Ls1 clutch line problem.

Ok, I'm putting new lifters in my car so I went ahead and did the drill mod since I could get the the line easy. Well I took the line off and drilled out the restriction no problem. I put the line on and start to bleed it. When it starts to build pressure the clutch lines blows off at the quick release on the slave cylinder. Put the line back on. Go to pump the clutch it moves down a couple inches then won't push down any farther. If I push hard after it stops it just blows the line back off at the quick release. I have no idea what is giong on with it. The car is 02 ss camaro. Just put a new act clutch and slave cylinder in it a Month ago. Any input would be appreciated.

I believe the pedal is getting hard and not able to push cause the lines is separating from the slave with the least bit of pressure.

Are you connecting the line to the slave with the bleeder open?

Yes. Im thinking the cheap advanced slave cylinder quick release is junk. I'm in the process of putting the factory connection on the slave cylinder.

I had to change the new quick releas out for the old factory one. The clutch line stays on good now.
