Drag Racing Tech - anybody make a trans am steering wheel air bag cover(for air bag removal)

I know somebody used to make a cover that replaced the air bag assembly for the camaros but I don't think I have ever seen one for the trans ams. or am I wrong?


I just want to keep the factory appearance inside my car, as much as possible anyway. So I dont WANT to go to an aftermarket unit unless I have to, but I will to get rid of weight if its the last choice.

just strip out the airbag and firing mechanism and re revit and replace it back in the car...work fine for my camaro...and it isnt much weight like 3lbs

I didnt think about that... I guess that could work
