Need some header help!

Need some header help! I recently installed some headers on my monte and it is now misfiring/hesitating real bad. I have changed the plugs and checked the wires. I have been tuned, well my tuner has not finalized his tune due to when he was tuning my car, I had a loose plug wire. What else am I overlooking?

No codes, nothing. Could it be in the tune? I am going to go see him tomorrow morning to get retuned since he tuned it running on 7 cylinders. I have talked to a couple of people and they seem to think it is either running too rich or too lean? Anybody have this problem? O2 sensors maybe?

I would let the car run for a bit and lick your finger and touch the primaries...make sure they are all hot and all cylinders are firing.
Yes, just a loose plug wire would make the car run like absolute garbage!
