Default Which enigine for my fox

Ok I currently have a LS6 long block fresh with less than 300 miles with eps cam. It made 426RWHP threw a 4L60E in my 2000 Z28. Im loooking at either selling car or parting it out and use the engine for the mustang. If is sell I'll probably use a 6.0 junkyard motor. What will make more power??

1. Current LS6 with 243 and EPS cam 426RWHP

OR

2. 6.0 junkyard motor with shaved 243/799s custom cam

Either one will be a carbed enigne and going into a light weight coupe

I would stick with the ls6. For a couple reasons, first you will prolly not get enough out of the ls6 in order to bring the 6.0 gto your current power, second I would want to keep a fox as light as possible.

all aluminum ls6, lightweight valves, already cammed and proven to make good power. Seems like the choice is rather obvious. Any gains power wise from the 6.0 if you still staying N/A will be offset by the added weight.
