Default Clear fogs guys a quick question.

How "watertight" do the lenses need to be? I used bolts to hold the lens in place should I silicone around the bolt hole? I just don't want to see a ton of condensation in the housing. Thanks!!

I've used black rtv silicone and they've held up just fine for my fogs for two years now and they are working great on the headlights I would def suggest using some of that to be 100% on the safe side.

i did the bolt trick on mine. but most deff. you should put silicone around them cuz the water will get in if you dont. i used some clear silicone from home depot. never had a problem with mine

You need to seal them. If not water will get in & start to peel the chrome off. I used Fusor body adhesive on mine. Holds tight & leak free.
