A whole buttload of fine debris trapped in the condenser
and radiator fins, is the first thing to look for. Especially if
you've never had that stuff pulled apart and blown out.

No i havent messed with the a/c condesor since ive got the car. I cammed it and went about 5 months without a a/c and finally recharged it not to long ago.
It gets to about 225-235 degrees and it does it when im running the a/c in city driving and whenever i go to outskirts of town. And even sometimes when im not running the a/c and just set the cruise at a higher speed (65-70ish).

If you over heat with the a/c on in the summer......read this. Thios will fix the issue.
If you want maximum a/c performance, condensors must be cleaned every two years. They aren't all that ex;ensive, so replacing them every 2 years ain't such a bad idea.
In the thread I mention banging the dirt out of the condensor against a piece of wood. I now recommend removing it and recharging the refridgerant. Banging it could break one of the a/c lines.

Well i took my a/c condenser off and cleaned it out and blew my radiator out to a little bit, along with that i kept the two pieces of plastic off ( not the one that hangs down under the car in the front) and recharged my a/c and now everythings running perfect.
Is that weird in any way? Am i risking anything running it like this?
BTW Thanks for all the advice and ideas guys.
