Default 1997 z28 electrical problems

tail lts fuse and power accy fuse keep on blowing. my instrument cluster wont turn on, fog light wont turn on, asr(traction control) wont turn on, my ac turns on but when i go to change the fan speed it doesnt change speeds.
any help??

I had same problem in my 97 camaro i couldnt find it so i took it to a GM dealer and they fixed for 200 bucks. that was last year.

with all of those things being affected, and most ofthem on different circuits, the only thing they could have in common is a ground. I would start by verifying ground.

i took it to the local chevrolet dealership. it was a pinched wire in my bumper. the body shop where i took my car pinched the wire when they put back on my bumper.
