Swapping 4 channel LT1 rear into 4 channel LS1 car

Swapping 4 channel LT1 rear into 4 channel LS1 car I just swapped in a 4 channel 3.23 geared rear from a 96 Z28 into my 99 SS M6 that was also 4 channel. I put the LS1 harness on the LT1 rear before I swapped it because the plug that plugs into the body was different. I took the car out for a drive and the ABS started freaking out. The low traction light came on and the computer limited how much throttle I could give it. The ABS and ASR finally turned itself off and the car drove fine. Are the wheel speed sensors and reluctor rings different from LT1 to LS1? The only thing I could think of is the teeth count was different causing the ABS computer to limit power. The brakes were toast on the LS1 rear so I was hoping I could keep the low mileage brakes on the LT1 rear. I also noticed that I will have to change out the brake cables since they are different as well.
