depends on what youre looking to end up with

i had qtp 1 3/4 and their flowmaster merge but upped to arh 1 7/8ths for my 402 build. I did it partially for the power gains, partially for the clearance.

id recommend doing research and thinking about what factors you want (price, fitment, power), buying once is always nice

Pacesetters and TSP ORY. Unless you got the Money for ARH/Kooks.

I 2nd the above... i did pacesetters with the texas speed y. the paint will burn off the first day you drive it and smell funny, but it goes away quick. also heard good things about the ebay headers that are stainless... longtube headers are longtube headers unless your getting into high hp/tq numbers where u want staggered or 1 3/4" vs 1 7/8" etc etc... depends if your going to show it or if its a DD, etc, if possible do the ceramic coating, just so they'll hold up longer than a day

Keep in mind..Kooks are more than just "LT headers". They have a merge spike, and merge collector, and also come with an extra O2 bung for a wideband sensor. They will make some extra HP over a standard design. Also, with Kooks, you can run 1 7/8" if you are going to seriously mod. We have some pretty good prices if you call us @ 443-730-9428.

Include some more info... Price, size, etc. But if your on a budget get Pacesetter & really whatever ORY you want. If you got the cash get some American racing 1 7/8"

BBK! Great price and the best quality for the $$$$. Perfect fit, they practilly fall in (I did mine on ramps), only having to slightly raise the car for the passenger side. Even the chrome will hold up and look nice much longer than the competitively priced painted headers. Ball and socket joints do a great job at not leaking. The collectors and merges are very clean on the inside and do a great job at keeping the rasp down. I am running a LM1 with them right now and the rasp is not even that bad with that infamous catback. Sounds pretty awesome actually. No chugging or rasp on full throttle and it screams like a cup car on the top end.

Do you have any videos of your car? I am about to order the BBK lt's so I'd like to know what is the sound gonna be like with my Borla cb. I have found some videos, but these are mostly cammed cars.

I used the budget ebay stainless headers and ORY. No complaints, except for the rasp of the exhaust. Just picked up a Powerstick and installing it this weekend. Hope it gets rid of the rasp.
