I installed a mcloed rxt twin disc clutch in my 2011 SS, I put a few hundred miles on it and started getting on the car, it feels like the clutch releases to slow or it's slipping. I don't know if the slave cylinder just doesn't release fast enough and it makes the clutch slip or if it's the clutch itself, pretty sad it's worse than when I had a stock clutch... Wtf??

I would start off with a separate reservoir for the clutch fluid. The hydraulics for the clutch on this car sucks. I'm still waiting for someone to figure it out with a fix like the drill mod on the 4th gens.

Yea I was shocked to see that it was all the same hydraulic system. Talk about a pain in the ass considering I flushed the system and went to dot5 fluid. That was a few hour venture and 60$ in brake fluid. Hell I'd like to see a mechanical setup if they can't figure out something with the hydraulics!

What bearing did you use? Did it have the proper clearance to engage the clutch all the way

It's the factory throwout bearing you don't need to clearance it or anything for the rxt only when switching to the zr1 clutch will you need to check clearance
