Default Where can I get a mikronite gear set?

I did a search on mikronite gears and the most recent post was back from February of last year. Is anyone still doing this process to gear sets? If so who is still doing it and how can I get a hold of them?

Nobody knows anything about this? I've done a google search and it brought up and it brought up Vinci Hi-Performace. When you click on the site the first thing you see in huge letters is: "MIKRONITE SERVICES SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE."

Were they the only option with this service and am I just out of luck if I want a set of gear done?

If its not very popular maybe there is a reason for that. All the gears I have installed in 10 bolts have done well, even raced and abused ones (which is just about every set). From my experience I would say it is probably something some salesmen is wanting to sell you

When Crane closed down they stopped doing the process as far as I know. I believe Crane was then bought by S&S Performance, but I'm not sure what they're doing with the company now.

If you go to Strange's website they have a similar process called Micro Blue. You might want to call them to see exactly what they do during the process.

It looks to be a similar process, I'll e-mail them and find out more specific details though. Thanks for the info!

You can also look into REM finish as well to a ring and pinion.

There are many different companies that offer it. It would be best for them to explain it and their process how ever because I am sure there is variations and I do not want to give out false facts.

I found this doing a quick search on here.
