Last summer I did a cam swap and double springs. Since then I put like 1500 miles on it. Last week I noticed a slight knock at idle coming from #7. I hadn't noticed it before but now I can definitely hear it. I pulled the coil pack and valve cover to see if the rocker or one of the springs was cracked but everything looks perfect.

Any thoughts on what else it might be?

Its pretty common with these engines after cam swaps. My last LS cam swapped engine ticked a LOT louder than that and its on its sixth season now still going strong. I wouldnt worry about it much
