Because he is saying that it's number 833 of 1000

they only made 671 in 1995 I think, as per Firehawk.ORG

plus the stock hood, rims and he says it has SLP exhaust on it...It has stock dual tips on it..

No hood to start with... Firehawks all came with the Ram-Air hood; it was part of the package and how they got the HP up.

Looks like someone "borrowed" the Firehawk ashtray lid and added the decals.

Plus, running the VIN it doesn't have the Firehawk RPO Code

You could buy those plates off of eBay for less than $50 for a while. They sold all of the leftovers off

Plus the firehawk decal on the rear bumper looks like it was installed by a kindergarten class...super crooked

I emailed the seller to ask a question and asked for proof of the WU6 RPO code. lol. Haven't heard anything.

Another reason I feel SLP should have continued to maintain & supply Firehawk replacement parts to those Lucky enough to have one. Once people had to start getting replacement items elsewhere whoever made the replacements made more & sold those to anyone. But alas SLP no longer maintains anything for us, so we have to do what we can. Which means another chance to make more stuff for a clone. Atleast you can still call SLP & verify the car & build date & #.

Damn.. if youre going to put the logos on there, at least have the rest of the equipment on the car. That thing is hideous!

Sad part is, he probably doesn't even know he's wrong. Someone probably talked a good game to him and sold him a LT1 for 15k and now he thinks he has all this money locked up in what he thinks is a Firehawk. That's why he's not responding to the door code questions because he doesn't even know what it means....

I saw this happen to a guy on an 89 Saleen. The guy bought a dropped mustang gt vert with a Saleen wing and lx Tailights. He would have argued to the death it was a real Saleen.
