Default exhaust quetion?

i have a corsa exhaust it has a resonator with h pipe on it i want more tone could i swap out the resonator w h pipe for an x pipe?? or just keep it the way it is? i dont wanna loose any power. i have an 05 ls6 ctsv thanks

You won't lose any power by switching to an x pipe. IMO x-pipes sound better.

By tone do you mean volume?

It will sound way better with an X-pipe. You will get drone with headers.

i guess my real question is what will be the best preformance the h pipe w resonators or the x pipe? i do plan on getting the kooks 1 7/8 headers w/o cats

and how do you like the b&m shifter GTX? would you sugest that or the uuc
