I will be installing some hooker lt's and a 3600 vigilante converter and I was wondering if any body could give me a rough estimate of how much horse power increase I should see, and how much I could lower my et's? my curren e.t. is 13.15@ 107.6

Also wondering if any body has had quality issues or placement issues with the Hooker long tubes? T.I.A, Luis

If you add the LT's and the verter with the flowmaster exhaust system you should see about 20 RWHP and 50 ft lbs of torque. (Mostly from the verter)
If you have cutout's you will see a 4-7 more ponies.
I personially hate the flowmaster, but it makes it okay with the cutout.
The sound is good, but the performance isn't so great.

As far as ET's go.
If you get a tire that will hook up. (ET streets would be your best bet)
I believe you will run 12.50's all day long with the cutout open.
You should see 1.5-2 tenths from the headers, and somewhere around 4 or 5 tenths from the converter. A safe 6 tenths will be saved.

the headers will add HP but the converter will take some of that away on the dyno, but that doesnt mean anything, just take it to the track and have fun

thanx for your replies guys... traction shouldn't be a problem i run 26"x10.5 M.T. et streets at the track.... ne body else care to throw there .02 in?
