Default How to adjust master/slave to stop squeal

So I got my monster level 3 in and after a few seconds of it running it started to make a high pitch squeal. I'm almost 100% sure its the throw out bearing because as soon as I push the peddle 1-2inches the squeal goes away. It squeals whether I'm in gear or neutral if the peddle isn't engaged. Is there a way to adjust it so that the throw out bearing isn't contacting the pressure plate prematurely? I know the master cylinder rod was adjusted at some point last year if I re adjust it will it fix the premature contact? Or just when the clutch engages?

You can certainly try adjusting the master-cylinder rod as it is responsible for the amount of fluid delivered to the slave and thus the throw-out bearing. Where does engagement occur relative to pedal travel? Is it high or low? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you further. Thanks,
