Default which lca to get ?

looking for new rear lower control arms . Car has an s60 6 speed , stock bushings are worn out . any advice would be great

before someone flips out on you... check stickies, search, its covered every day... n there's a recent good write up on this too

but depends on use, power, ride quality, current mods... for DD try poly/poly

I just installed my S60 with full Spohn bolt-ons on my M6 SS (check out my thread). Listen to "rabbit320", it depends on your use. I intend mine to be mainly a drag car and went rod-ends on everything. I definitely would not recommend rod-ends on a daily driver ... very harsh and noisy.
