I'd like to get two LS6 style crossover pipes, one for the front of course and one for the back in lieu of the plugs. But if I have to buy two sets (crossover pipe and plugs), then I'll do it if I can get good prices on them.

Thats it..I believe that is technically the LS3 one but from what Ive read on here it works.

Is there a need/advantage for putting one at both the front & back of the block? The LT engines had this on the back only.

Yeah, the coolant pipe part number for the LS1/LS6 is 12602544. I haven't checked Pace, so I'll take a look. Thanks

I believe on the front the coolant pipe is a must due to the front of the engine sits higher then the rear. I guess that is why its not neccessarily needed on the rear of the block. And it keeps the front two cylinders from getting too hot. But the thing is, it can only be beneficial to have a coolant pipe on the rear as well.
