Default Plasti Dip Time!!!!!!!

So as I left the dealership today, I looked at my grille, that was coated with bulldog, 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of black, and then 3 coats of clear....... after i'd say 6-7K miles....... EWWWWWWWWW

Went to home depot and bought 2 can's of plasti dip and a poly clear coat that the guy said would stick to the plasti dip so it didnt look so dull. I want a shiny look. Just got home so I'll post pictures up here soon. I am not looking forward to taking the grille off and such

Wow, that's a lot of chips. You may also want to consider putting some clear bra film over the plastic pieces... or the whole hood while you're at it.

I had a lady back into my parked V last week and it's in the body shop getting a new bumper which will soon be speedfilmed and the grille is getting PC'd and painted black to match. It better hold up, cause I do a lot of driving at speed in traffic.

I did plasti dip spray flat black on both grills about a year ago
Probably 7 track days and thru 10+ car washes

All good no chips!!!
I did not use a clear on top of plasti dip

UGLY HUH!?!?!?! haha..... I'm testing the clearcoat on a lid that I found laying around. I'll let u know how it comes out. I wish they had glossy plasti dip

As far as the clear bra...... Ive heard bad things about those. As in, trying to get them off and the **** it leaves on whatever you put it on

holy crap that hydro dipping is awesome. Loved the carbon fiber look they did on the wheels...think of how that would look. A black V with carbon fiber front grill and carbon fiber wheels....

I am thinking CF with the CTS-V skull logo over it in Brushed aluminum or similar. Not a big flame person.
