Conversions & Hybrids - any way to protect nylon fuel lines?

about to make some for the s10 using the dorman kit, i want to protect the nylon line its self. anyone using or know of a good cover or somthing to slip over the line before installing the ends?

any help is much appreciated!

The only thing I have seen is regular wiring split loom.
