Tune safe after changes to drive to the tuner?

Tune safe after changes to drive to the tuner? My current tune is for my cam only set up. I now have a bigger cam, ported heads and upped compression a full point from stock. I have to drive the car 30 miles to my tuner. Should I be okay if I keep it under 3k rpm? Im thinking Im good to go, but I wanted to double check as I am unsure how compression affects the tune.
