Who is going to build the trans? It always gets me when people ask for a good rebuild kit that they can take to their builder. It makes me think your builder is mediocre. A good builder should tell you what should go in the trans. But, maybe your gonna build it who knows? But then why would you be asking this question

To your question, one of the best places to buy rebuild kits w upgrades is Pro Built Automatics. Google that.

My suggestion would be.
trans go hd-2
beast sunshell
Red indy clutches
z pack clutches for 3-4
trans go valve body plate
new seals and gaskets
corvette servo works good if you dont have one
change the anti clunk spring with a case saver
wide kevlar band
kolene steels
change the plastic pistons with aluminum ones even the one in the valve body
new reverse drum. They are cheap, or just refinish the old one.
replace the molded pistons in the input drum.
If your doing it yourself. Theres alot of tricks to make it last.

I would go with the pin less accumulators from Sonnax for All 3 accumulators!
Sonnax also makes better than corvette 2-4 servos if your in a higher hp range.

Also a good torque converter to hold the power in overdrive!
