Default Metco LCAs

I am in the process of purchasing a set of these for my 2002 z28....Can someone tell me the best kind of grease to use on these to keep them as quiet as possible? Also what should i torque the bolts to when i install these....All help is greatly appreciated....thanks

Where can you get Metco control arms?

I heard they have a good set up for the Mustangs too
