Question Can the Racetronix Hotwire kit be used or modded for external pump use???

I have a external inline Magnafuel Im using with my new setup. I previously was using a intank Racetronix and KB BAP... Ive removed the intank pump and BAP so now all I have is a stock Racetronix harness in the car. From what I understand the whole harness uses a keyed 12v from stock wiring to send power to the Racetronix relay.... well... since the pump will not be in the tank, basically a dead plug in the tank, will it still activate the relay? If so I should be able to tap the harness where the BAP used to plug into and go straight to the 12v to the Magnafuel. Correct?

I assume the alternative route is to just hack the harness and pull a keyed 12V from one of the rear electrical plugs, the same ones used for the stock fuel system, then use the hot wire from the relay to the new pump?

Lonnie? Racetronix?

This is the last leg of my fuel install and as soon as its all done the car can get back up and running.

Thanks!
