Default Weird Knocking? Need Advise

Guys,

I am having an issue with some weird knock pulling timing on my car. Currently, Solomon is helping me fine tune my car and in just installed some fast 42# injectors. As some of you know Solomon likes a lot of timing on these motors and it seems to respond nicely. However, the last couple of datalogs I've done show that the car starts picking up knock ( not audible to me) and pulls timing randomly at any rpm and only seems to happen about 10 mins after driving ( well after I've gone into closed loop) and will come and go randomly. I'm at a loss here and this is what I've done to check things:

All injectors ohm out at .15 (optimal)
No exhaust leaks
No vacuum leaks
Not bad gas as I filled up at another station
New pump and pressure is holding at all rpms - race tronix pump and hot wire kit
No burned wires and good spark to all cylinders

Could the Knock sensor be bad? It actually was replaced 3 years ago or
less than 500 miles on it. Idles good and I don't detect a miss but it's hard to tell with this choppy *** cam on a 108 lsa.

Any ideas or things I should be checking?

Seems like we have the same gremlins in our motors. Solomon said need more fuel. Done. Need a new Maf done. Then during log there would be a lot of random error codes through out the logs. Said my pcm might be going or the connection on the laptop. Well the connection was fine even after a new cable and diffrent laptop was used same result. My pcm is a new GM same issue.

Its probably the 50 ******* degrees of timing he likes to use.
I would put a real tune on it.
