So I can't decide which would be a better combo;

My current setup:
Stock LS1 241 untouched heads
Cam Motion 239/244 .612/.612 114LSA

Or this setup if have waiting install:
PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L heads
TSP 228R 228/228 .588/.588 114LSA

Either setup will have a 175 shot running thru it, so please keep that in mind when giving your opinions.

I have not dynoed on my current setup, so I don't know what I'm currently putting to the wheels.

I obviously can't run the Cam Motion on the PRC heads and the only way to find another cam would be to play the "install and check clearance game" which could take me a while to find the proper cam. Since I already have the 228R in my garage, I figured I could go with that for now.

I wouldn't do either. I'd want the good heads, not the virgin 241s, but nitrous calls for a dual-pattern cam.
I'd sell the 241s and both of your current cams, then order some other cam.
