Injectors won't clip in, lil worried

Injectors won't clip in, lil worried I have a pretty unique fuel setup, but its not too far from ordinary.
ls2 fuel rails, green tops, fast 102 intake, lingenfelter rail spacer kit (came with new orings for the inectors as well).
Well.. I drove the car and had no issues with this setup for over 1000 miles. I was doing some tweaking and noticed on the front two injectors, the clips are not on completely. No matter how i rotate the injectors, they are at an angle that the clips dont seem to work on. I can get a picture to illustrate better.
Is this something I should be worried about? I don't have any leaks and the injectors do seem pretty tight, i can rotate them but thats about it.
