6L80E fill plug/dipstick part number? Hey guys,
As the title says.
I am trying to find the fill plug/dipstick pt. no. for a 6L80E from a 2007 Escalade. Should be the same as the other 6L80E cars/trucks that did not have a full size dipstick.
I'm nearing the end of my swap and this is one of the little parts I'm missing.

Most 6l80's has just had a plug. No dipstick. Meant for GM dealer service only. So not sure there is a GM dipstick

I searched again and found it...I can't tell you how many times I have looked.
Here it is pt. 40. Part number 24226020.
PLUG. Transmission Oil Filler
PLUG,TRANS FLUID FIL TUBE HOLE. Required: 01For: E 6-SPD A/TRANS(MYC) (2008-2009) (2008 - 2009).
This was for a 2008 G8.
Newer escalades seems to use it too.
