Default I am looking at different computer chips, which is better?

i am about to have my exhaust work done within the next week or so, and am going to put in a low temp thermostat soon (perhaps a 180, maybe even 160?), i am going to do this at the same time i put in a chip. ive been looking at jet chips, which we all know are pretty good. i found on ebay though, a motorvation stage 2 chip for around $80. i cant seem to find any reviews, testimonials, or even videos of lt1's running a motorvation. any of you guys have any prior experience with them?

Welcome I suggest you read more before you buy anything. A 94 has flash and can be reprogrammed a 93 uses a chip.

Good luck

your car should have a 180 degree thermostat in it from the factory. also your 94 does not use a chip as previously stated.

yes but most will agree that they are a waste and $ is better spent on proper tuning or other mods

Hypertech is a waste of money for sure, but buying tuning software is not. I have tunercats and I love it. is your friend if you wanna find out more about it.

full exhaust, cai, mail order tune, gears, stall converter, plugs/wires, cam swap with valvetrain... just to name a few. lots of places to spend money and you'll be alot happier if you make a goal for your car and research the best ways to achieve it
