Cool Injector Ohm Testing

so i tested my injectors on my 94 lt1 assuming it should be the same for ls1s? my driver side injectors are constent 14 OHMS straight and the ones on my passenger side read 17-18 Ohms im wondering if this is normal or are all 4 on pass. side blown? i do have a misifire on lower rpms(1000-3000k) and clears up after that.

Lt1 injectors should be 12.8 ohms. 18 is not right unless they are 92 lt1 injectors the part number should be Rp 17121068
