Default cam , valves springs and rocker arms

I've looked at some threads about cams and valves , but really confused about the numbers lifts ect. I'm still getting into the tech aspect of engines , I'm looking for a cam that would be great for a turbo , but at the same time possibly be able to throw a big of nos in there at the same time not much , but I would like to have a cam that would be great w/o a turbo , just thinking about the future you know . I would like to know also what valves springs rocker arms would go good with this cam , I'm looking at these double titanium springs , some one please help

Each application has somewhat different requirements. I would suggest you discuss with a vendor that does FI and get a recommendation for future expansion.

FI = forced induction such as turbocharging or supercharging, not "fuel injection."
