Default Dakota Digital TH350 Speedometer Pulse Generator Wiring

I am wiring in the a Dakota Digital Speed Pulse Generator. It has two wires, a black and a grey. The black is for a "ground" and grey for "signal". I assume that the the black would go to the "VSS low signal" and the grey goes to the "VSS high signal" (pin 20/21 on the green connector).

Can anyone verify this?

Try it that way and see if it works. That's most likely correct, but if it doesn't work, just swap the two wires. It won't hurt anything if it's backwards.
