LS4 Performance - need a little help before i order my drag radials

Well I know most guys run 275 but I was going to a 17 in rim for more gearing I could get even more gearing with a 245 on a 17 because the whole tire is smaller only prob is I'm wondering if tire is big enough to where I won't spin much thanks a lot your input is appreciated

Also these tires are only going to be for drag use only

you think the other ones are too small that ill spin?

think drag tires would be a big help, at drags [2/3 tenths ]..measure height /diameter stock tires .. then go with shorter tires, maybe about an inch ? this will help like lower gears ! rkvette

id say narrower ran 12.5 on 275 with my ws6 switch to 315 and wider rim little better traction but lost with extra weight still ran12.5 looked damn good though ha

yeah with a narrow tire im def going to get a hell of a lot more gearing out of it... only problem is traction...dont wanna buy a DR if its going to make me spin but then again i am stock besides an exhaust...

dr's new are little slick until broken in but other than that you should get more traction compared to stock. dont know if they make the size you want but i had good luck with nitto's.

id go with a MT ET street radial in 275

ive got the 26x11.5 17", i still spin them a little off the line but you cant expect perfection just because you have slicks lol
