Lol that may be true! I'm looking at C6's now. I'm looking at buying a C6 6 speed car and an A&A kit next month. Ooooooor a viper GTS coupe lol whatever comes up that I fall in love with. I love the C5, don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic car, and it's incredibly fast... My only complaint's are the clutch is soo touchy, and the pop up headlights lol but it's going to a good home, so what the hell! Let's spread the joy! Lol

Well you could of gotten the conversion kit for the heads light. And whats the difference in-between clutches from C5 to C6?

the only allowable conversion for headlights is the sell the c5 and get a c6 :)

Yeah the fixed mount lights for the C5's are horrible!! and my C5 has a twin disc clutch in it and I'm not a huge fan of how agressive it is.

C6 ftw they are just a way better built corvette all around. Cant mess with technology!!

What kind of a clutch does it have right now? They make kits to replace the pop-up headlights lol... and they actually look decent, kinda like the C6's.

I wonder if this C5 is going to end up being everybody's bitch car, where everyone eventually has a turn on her lol... This will be the third Tech member to own it within the last 4 months lol. :thumb:

No no no I've had it since late January lol that's more that 4 months!

Mcleod RXT Twin here, I love it and thats coming from the LS7 clutch. It has lighter clutch pressure and slips well.
