Default some shake at 50-60 mph?

the car has a little bit of a shake around this speed. and it shouldn't be wheels need balancing because i just bought brand new wheels and tires and had them balanced last week. so what could cause this? anything out of the regular? thanks

did it happen scince they where balanced? try taking your tires off, and then putting them on using star pattern and torque wrench to make sure they are seated right, easy things are often missed, could maybe be a bearing too?

Sounds like your new wheels, did you ask they guy if he was able to get them balance perfectly. what kind of wheels are they? Are they chrome? I had some cheap/inexpensive chrome 18"'s and they just would never balance 100% and they did the exact thing from 45-55, new tires helped a lil bit but didnt cure it. do you really notice it in your steering wheel?

it was actually worse before i put on the new wheels. with the 18x10.5 z06 wheels and nitto dr's it now rides a little better than it did. so i dont believe the shake is in the rims, but maybe...
