prc stage 3 ls6 vs as cast 220s

either one is going to be going on my 418 ls3, but which would be the better head? any benefits of one over the other?

I'm not familar with the stage 3....but the 220's are an aftermarket casting and will outflow any GM head.

220s and when $ permits have TEA port them out for you

I have heard PRC is not that great when it comes down to it. They will show decent gains on a stock cube engine but they are limited to the stock casting.

We have aftermarket castings as well that have no problem supporting anything from stock cube engines to big cubic inch engines. We even have our aftermarket small-bore LS7 head that will fit on a 418c.i. motor that flows in the 390 cfm range!
