Default Air Pump ghost

My air pump keeps randomly priming/turning on for a few seconds then going back off. I had LT/ORY installed and this thing is supposed to be unhooked and tuned out, but it still decides to come on every now and then. I don't get it? How can I disable this thing?

Yeh I figured just unbolt it all together..where is it located exactly? I know drivers side front around the fender..get to it from underneath Or from the top?
